Doneverse is where I learned to run someone else's business like it was mine — calendars, invoices, client messages, content, the whole back office. Before that, I was drafting MEPF and FDAS plans, building 3D models, and walking job sites for architecture and design firms.

The tools changed — AutoCAD to Asana, floor plans to content calendars — but the job didn't: take a founder's intent, break it into steps, and make sure nothing falls through.
